Sudeshna Saxena Curatorial Team
Sudeshna is an illustrator and printmaker from India, based in London. Her background in handmade textiles shapes her craft-focused practice, which embraces the serendipity of handmade processes. Exploring themes of memory and material culture, her work draws from personal experiences to reflect the broader human condition.
In 2024, Sudeshna served as a moderator, director, and curator for the Creative Yap Symposium. She was instrumental in shaping the exhibition’s vision, fostering artist dialogue, and creating a cohesive narrative around identity, folklore, and speculative futures. Her leadership bridged personal storytelling with collaborative creativity, enriching both the symposium and her practice.
Lily Grace Nolan Curatorial Team
Lily Grace Nolan (Colorado) served as Creative and Brand Director for the 2024 Creative Yap Symposium, where she crafted a playful, cohesive visual identity that reflected the event’s mission to challenge modern visual media. Her role spanned curation, promotional design, and artist collaboration, while also leading strategy sessions, managing deadlines, and shaping the symposium’s scope.
